One of our unique offerings is our in-house drafting and design department, a feature that is not commonly found with many construction firms. Our talented team utilizes the latest versions of Bentley-Microstation software to create all our construction drawings. This includes everything from plan view floor plans, foundation plans, framing plans, roof plans, roof framing plans, interior and exterior elevations, to detailed wall sections. Each drawing is meticulously dimensioned, and all framing members are accurately sized and indicated for each design. This attention to detail ensures that we can issue a comprehensive set of complex construction drawings needed to secure building permits and to guide the construction process. While we prefer to draft our own construction drawings to maintain our high standards, we are also more than happy to work with owner-provided drawings if that is your preference. Our goal is to make your custom drafting experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
